I am Mar Sanvicente, founder of Mar en Calma, author, meditation teacher and emotional wellness facilitator.

My search to understand creativity, consciousness and human transformation led me to complete postgraduate studies in the Psychology of Creativity in Barcelona and to deepen my study of meditation and contemplative philosophy in India. Throughout my journey, I have integrated meditation, somatic practices, art-based therapeutic tools and nervous-system education.

From that experience, the ORIGEN Method was born: a way of supporting people not only in understanding what is happening to them, but in living experiences that help them remember who they are and choose with greater freedom.

I am not here to tell you who you should be. I am here to support you in listening to yourself again.

The online programs are guided educational, practice-based and therapeutically informed self-discovery experiences that may support and complement a personal or therapeutic process; they are not clinical psychotherapy and do not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.
